Friend's baby arrived safe and well late yesterday afternoon. Girl, 8lb 3.5oz. No other details except that I guess this means the induction took 24+ hours, so I hope it wasn't too awful, but I will find out in due course. She's the friend who had one stillborn twin in her first pregnancy, so I'm extra-specially glad that all has gone well.
I haven't heard about the other friend's baby - must make a few calls and find out what's happened/is happening!
5pm: edit - A baby boy, also born yesterday at home in the early hours!! Two babies on one day - wowee!!
