Jobs for the day

Tamsin's gone to my Dad's for the day - great relief on my part as she got so distraught last time that she didn't go. Don't know what that was all about. Anyway as it's still Easter holidays she hasn't been going to playschool this week and last week, so it's just lovely to have some quiet space where she is out of the house. However, anyone who can tell me how to get Isabelle to stay asleep for more than 15 minutes at a time will earn my undying gratitude! She's still tired, she hasn't napped long enough, yet she just won't stay asleep.

Anyway, today's jobs list is:

1. Investigate and decide on Child Trust Fund account - DONE
2. Do a bit more 'money' administration
3. Do some tidying and filing of the piles of papers
4. Read and get a grip on the "Fundamentals" pre-school development programme which arrived yesterday
5. Have a nap and try to get rid of this headache I've had for 3 days - had nap but still got headache :-(

Try sleeping her in a car seat or some kind of baby chair. My son refused to lie flat asleep from any age when he was napping, so he had the baby bouncer instead. Might work. Or sling her to your back when you work ;-)

Debbie - that's a good point. I will try that more. I had noticed that she sometimes sleeps better sitting up.
